line" for land development companies and others? greenGoat's

We're looking for individuals with a strong sense of purpose and the brainpower to back it all up:
Depending on the season, interns manage market development, specific research, and fundraising.
Although unpaid, this position is an excellent gateway to architecture, construction management, and of
course environmental consulting. Most assignments are three months in duration with an option on both sides
to renew.
Needs to have a minimum of five years experience in the field. Should
demonstrate a sound knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the
development process. Should be an entrepreneur by nature. Candidate
needs to be able to lead projects, communicate needs and results,
identify all impacted parties, and prepare client-ready presentations.
Candidate needs to be able to run the books, pay the bills, forecast
revenue, and do this without stealing us blind. Demonstrated familiarity
with activity-based costing and cost drivers in the construction
industry is important.
Candidate will be familiar with the effect of regulatory models and building code
on the evolution of this industry. Federal and local trends are beginning
to move quickly with regards to conservation, and they interact with design
solutions as well as press relations. An equal sensitivity to thoroughness
and alacrity is important.
